But the version of you who is here now- loving them in the quiet, guiding them through the chaos, showing up even when your tired-she deserves to be remembered too. You dont need to wait for life to calm down. Let yourself be seen- not for the photo but for the memory.

Send an enquiry. I'll get back to you within 24 hours to find out more about what kind of session you need, your location preferences and any other questions you have.

Lock it in
I'll send you a booking link where you sign your contract and pay your deposit.
03.
The details
Once you have paid your deposit I'll send over my session guide. This covers outfit suggestions and information on how to prepare your family for our tie together and give you an idea of what to expect so you feel relaxed about the day.
04.
Session Day
We will meet at our agreed location and take a wander around, have some laughs, look for some things...
After we finish our session and say goodbye, your gallery will be delivered to you by email four (4) weeks after your session date.
FAQ
How should we dress for our family session?
After you secure your date I will send my session guide with information on colours to suit your chosen location and how to best coordinate your outfits.
It's important to remember that we will be at an outdoor location so you want to dress well but relaxed and comfortable.
What if my kids aren't a vibe that day?
Kid's are kid's and they have their days. It's all about connecting and having fun with you, they arent expected to sit still and look at the camera.
It's important not to put pressure on them prior to the session however if we arrive and they aren't having it and we all start crying we can try again another day.
How long until we get our gallery?
You can expect to receive your online gallery 4 weeks after your session date. You will receive an email with a link to your gallery. Within the gallery you have the option to download both hi-res and web sized files.
If you have purchased the POET session you will have 7 days to select and download your favourite images, the gallery is then removed from my online platform. If you decide to purchase the additional images in the gallery they will be made available for download after payment has been made.
STORYTELLER galleries stay online for 30 days.
What about extended families?
For extended family sessions/multi generational/anyone outside of the immediate family (parents and their children) there is an additional fee of $50 per person and a $150 reschedule fee if the session is to be rescheduled.
Branding and commercial work
Commercial
Unfortunately I no longer shoot commercial, business, headshots or product work. I gave it a red hot go but I'll be honest and say it brings me zero joy.
Branding Sessions
Again not alot of joy in those for this gal however if you have something creative in mind that aligns with my work I'm happy to chat.
What time will our session start?
Session times will vary throughout the year depending on the sun. I like to start my sessions in the hour or so before sunset- thats when the light is pretty, soft and emotive.
Locations can impact session times if they are by a mountain, cliff or under thick tree cover. When we discuss our plans I will let you know what the optimal time to start will be and what works best for your family.
How many pictures will we receive?
I have two session options.
POET
-includes 15 images
-I deliver a gallery of around 30 watermarked images for you too make your selections from. If you decide you would like to purchase the remaining photos you are more than welcome to do so. The fee for this is $150.
STORYTELLER
-includes 50+ images
-I deliver a gallery of 50-65 images for you to download
Do you photograph newborns?
I photograph newborns within a family setting as more of a documentary approach.
If you are looking for posed newborn photography I suggest searching for a newborn photographer in your area.
What if it rains, cyclones etc etc
Cloudy days and wind might look a bit sad but I promise you they can make for an absolutely beautiful photography session. I keep a close eye on the weather and will keep in contact with you over the day.
If it looks like its going to be a bad time-we can postpone, It's that easy.
Will we get sneak peaks/previews?
No. I dont offer sneak peaks or previews, I prefer to deliver the gallery as a whole.
